Thursday's Tip of the Week - August 16, 2018

The next time you’re out playing or practicing, take a moment to check your posture. Having poor posture can wreak havoc on your golf game. Loss of power, poor contact with golf shots, and inconsistent shot direction, can all be linked to bad posture. To help work on your posture, try these tips.

1.     Find a full-length mirror and stand sideways while remaining tall throughout your body.

2.     Fold from the hips, keeping your spine and legs as straight as possible.

3.     Bend the knees slightly and the drop the arms down

 This will take time to get used to, but over time you will see some improvement in your golf game.
